All Heritage Water Tanks are installed on a clean and level sand pad of 150mm in depth and 2metres larger in diameter than your chosen tank.
It is important for the sand pad to be level and flat over the entire area and free of any sharp objects and stones.
The purchaser shall provide a minimum of 100mm of water in the tank on the same day as the installation.
Sufficient blue metal must be placed around the base of the tank to eliminate erosion from roof run off or other flowing water.
Should there be run off from surrounding areas that could erode the sand pad, the purchaser must provide a suitable drainage system.
All excess vegetation ie: roots and grass must be removed and always be kept clear of the tank.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to check with the local Shires and Councils with regard to building licences, building enveloped and any bylaws.
It is also the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that all the above conditions are met and work is completed before the installation date.
If the above conditions and site works are not to the satisfaction of the installer, he reserves the right to correct the site works and charge accordingly. Alternatively, he will leave the site and a call out charge will be levied. A new installation date will be arranged.
After the completion of a signed order form, the compliance of the above conditions and full payment, your twenty year guarantee will be validated.
